Kitchenette 3 (Room #5) close window

Photos just cannot do justice to this room. When first coming up with concepts for the design, we decided that we wanted the room to be like literally stepping into a painting. The result is this glamorous black and white baroque fantasia we call 'The Glamouroque.' We brought back Chris Kanienberg, who painted the murals for us in 'Samantha's Cloud', to make the walls and ceiling come alive with its baroque fantasia. It's a bit like walking into a black and white fairy tale. A supercool new 42 inch flat screen TV also adorns the room. It ain't baroque, but it's so big, who cares? Two extra-long full size beds.Same kitchenette setup as all the kitchenettes. That’s why we call them kitchenettes. We were channeling Liberace...Every bathroom gets fresh flowers. We don’t recommend throwing the petals in the bath. They clog up the drain. You can't really tell from the photo, but that's a black baroque chandelier hanging over the table area. And the hint of green to the left is a reflection of the open door to the bathroom. We recently had a guest who told us that he totally fell in love with the room, mainly because the ceiling made him feel 'right at home.' His name was Jack Beanstalk. He said he had 'lived the ceiling.' Not sure what he meant...
